Sales Manager - Position overview

Emerge Marketing is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing retail portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing and managing revenue-generating opportunities across the shopping centre, with a strong focus on exhibitions, kiosks, pop-up stores, sponsorships, advertising, activations, promotions and strategic partnerships.

• Develop and implement the annual non-GLA sales strategy.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate revenue through:
  • Exhibitions
  • Pop-up stores
  • Kiosks
  • Promotional courts
  • Advertising opportunities
  • Digital media sales
  • Sponsorships
  • Brand activations
  • Events
  • Corporate partnerships
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the shopping centre.
