Senior Graphic Designer (Pretoria)

As a mid/senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-quality design projects across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You will collaborate with a talented team of creatives to develop visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our clients' brand identities and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality graphic materials, such as logos, vehicle branding, branding guidelines, websites, brochures, advertisements, and social media content.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet their needs.
• Create and setup of large format printing.
• Create and manage designs for digital and print media using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the creative direction of the team.
• Ensure all designs meet branding, quality, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field. (Web Design knowledge)
• Five-plus years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Provide a strong portfolio showcasing design, print & social media projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Background in large format printing is essential (Roland Machines).
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Proven experience managing business Facebook pages, including content creation and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Apple Mac.

Additional skills (Preferred):

• Design and maintain client websites using WordPress, Elementor, and other web development tools. Manage the cPanel for all client websites, ensuring smooth operation and security. Oversee and manage business Facebook pages, including posting content, optimising engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
• Experience in video editing or animation.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in UX/UI design.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with email marketing design.
• Familiar with AI Tools.
