We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help build and scale our platform as we grow. This is a hands-on role focused on building, not just maintaining - ideal for someone who enjoys solving real infrastructure challenges and shipping impactful systems.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Platform Engineering to expand our AWS environment and contribute to a modern, AI-assisted engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

Build and operate production AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, VPC, IAM, S3)
Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads (deployments, services, ingress, scaling, debugging)
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
Troubleshoot systems across Linux environments and networking layers (DNS, TLS, firewalls)
Implement and optimise database scaling strategies (replication, partitioning, caching)
Contribute to a reliable, scalable, and secure platform

What We’re Looking For

4 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
Solid Kubernetes knowledge and practical troubleshooting ability
Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals
Comfortable using AI-assisted tooling in day-to-day workflows
Strong written communication skills in async environments

Nice to Have

Experience working in regulated environments
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus)
Exposure to service mesh or API gateway technologies
Azure experience
