What you bring:

10+ years of software development experience.
10+ years working with SQL (PostgreSQL gets bonus points).
5+ years building robust Java applications.
Enterprise architecture experience? We'd love to see it.
A degree is a bonus—but exceptional skills and experience are what really count.
