Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with a passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges and optimizing enterprise environments? We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our high-performing IT team. Key responsibilities

Lead administration and support of Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring system integrity, performance, and reliability.
Manage and optimize Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and hybrid identity infrastructures.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and tools, ensuring smooth user experiences and secure configurations.
Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools to improve systems efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to third-party software, OS configurations, and networking components.
Collaborate with IT leadership to align systems engineering solutions with enterprise architecture strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior engineers and support staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of proven experience in Systems Support, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management in hybrid environments.
Strong Linux system administration skills.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (5+ years).
Skilled in PowerShell, Bash, and systems automation scripting.
Capable of debugging complex software and networking issues from the OS layer up.

Preferred certifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
