About the Role
As our Social Media Co-ordinator, you’ll manage and execute our social media strategy, develop engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This is a hands-on role where creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of platform nuances are key.
Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)

Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

Work with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content

Track KPIs, generate reports, and make data-informed recommendations

Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm updates

Support social media campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and community growth initiatives
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging captions

Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar scheduling platforms

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus

Analytical mindset with knowledge of insights and metrics

Ability to adapt tone/voice based on platform and audience
