 About the Role

As our Social Media Co-ordinator, you’ll manage and execute our social media strategy, develop engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. This is a hands-on role where creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of platform nuances are key.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner

  • Work with marketing and design teams to create compelling visual and written content

  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and make data-informed recommendations

  • Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm updates

  • Support social media campaigns, contests, influencer partnerships, and community growth initiatives

 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging captions

  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar scheduling platforms

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of insights and metrics

  • Ability to adapt tone/voice based on platform and audience
