Social Media Coordinator (Pretoria)

XS Health is looking to employ a Social Media Coordinator to join our in-house studio in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be expected to run our day‑to‑day content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. You’ll manage the content calendar, schedule posts, coordinate creators, and ensure everything aligns with our brand identities and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule daily content
• Maintain platform‑specific formatting and brand consistency
• Coordinate creators, ambassadors, and partners
• Monitor engagement and customer queries
• Track performance and compile weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Support campaigns, launches, and seasonal content
• Keep assets organised and up to date

Requirements

• 1–2 years social media / digital marketing experience
• Valid qualification from a reputed tertiary institution
• Strong platform knowledge
• Excellent writing and organisational skills
• Basic design/editing ability
• Passion for wellness and consumer‑centric communication
