Requirements

Essential Experience & Skills

Minimum 7 years' software development experience
Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience managing software projects from concept through delivery
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop technical talent
