What we're looking for

Leadership and technical expertise

• 2 to 3 years' proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Minimum 10 years' strong software engineering experience
• Demonstrated ability to drive architecture, design, and technical strategy
• Strong stakeholder, customer, and partner management skills
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent

Modern engineering practices

• RESTful API design and integration
• Event-driven architecture patterns
• Cloud-native engineering
• Containers and Kubernetes
• Microservices architecture

Telecommunications experience

You will have solid experience in one or more of the following areas:

• MVNO environments
• Order management
• Service provisioning
• Charging platforms
• OSS/BSS ecosystems

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring software engineering teams
• Driving architecture and design decisions across multiple telecom domains
• Building and evolving scalable cloud-native platforms
• Collaborating with product, operations, and business stakeholders
• Overseeing the development of real-time charging, provisioning, and service orchestration solutions
• Ensuring seamless integration across OSS/BSS platforms
• Championing engineering best practices, APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions
