TV Content Sales Executive (Bryanston)

1. Sell and license television programmes to broadcasters, streaming platforms and other content buyers.
2. Identify new markets, secure meetings and build relationships with commissioning, acquisitions and programming executives.
3. Match our catalogue to buyers’ audiences, schedules and commercial priorities.
4. Develop compelling pitches, proposals and commercial offers.
5. Negotiate pricing and licensing terms within agreed mandates.
6. Own the sales process—from prospecting and follow-up to contracts, delivery coordination and payment collection.
7. Maintain an accurate pipeline and deliver against sales and revenue targets.

Skills required:

1. A completed university degree.
2. 3–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in television content, broadcasting, media or entertainment.
3. A demonstrable record of winning business and meeting targets.
4. Excellent spoken and written English, persuasive presentation skills and strong negotiation ability.
5. Commercial judgement, initiative and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
6. Persistent, disciplined follow-through and the ability to work independently.
7. Strong research, proposal-writing and Microsoft Office skills.

An established network of African broadcasters or content buyers, and experience negotiating content licensing deals, will be a strong advantage.
