Vehicle Coordinator – Transport Industry

Hire Resolve’s client in the Transport Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Vehicle Coordinator to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

  • Cost control – Detailed cost management, including expenses such as general vehicle repairs, vehicle rotation, tires, fuel, licensing, breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims
  • E-Toll account management
  • Fuel management – Communicate all new fuel card orders, fuel card cancellations, faulty e-tags, and fuel limit alignment to the fleet provider
  • Managing driver’s licenses – Ensure driver’s licenses are valid and report all irregularities to HR and management immediately
  • Accident management, insurance cover, and claims
  • Manage the order processing, installation, and rollout of vehicle modifications.
  • Vehicle register and checklist – Ensure all new vehicle details are captured internally and provided to the fleet management company along with all the applicable registration documents


Requirements:

  • University Degree in Fleet, Business Management, Finance, or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Willing to travel
