An established company is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse & Assistant Logistics & Operations Manager to join their team in Clayville, GP. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and warehouse operations within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Optimize supply chain and warehouse operations for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Manage inventory control for raw materials, consumables, and glass bottles.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply and demand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Experience managing inventory for raw materials, consumables, and glass products.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to conduct stock audits, reconcile discrepancies, and generate detailed reports.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
