Provide optimum IT support to the IT Manager and internal stakeholders of the division and ensure integrated systems and backup support.

Disassemble and reassemble desktop PC and laptop
Setup new PC systems and install software on new PC and laptops
Setup internet access to all users
Troubleshoot and solve all IT related problems
Provide remote support to all division stakeholders
Provide basic IT related training to internal users
Manage active directory
Manage user accounts

Beneficial experience

1-2 years' working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and DOS operating systems
Ethernet and WIFI networking
MS Office Outlook 365
Database management systems
MS Excel and Word
MS SQL
Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage
