Job description

Hilaal TV is looking for an exceptional CEO to drive its next phase of growth.

We are seeking a commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and values-led executive with the leadership ability to turn ambition into execution and results.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will be accountable for executing the Board-approved strategy and delivering sustainable growth and organisational performance.

The mandate

The CEO will be expected to:

• Drive revenue growth and financial sustainability
• Build a powerful advertising, sponsorship and commercial engine
• Develop new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
• Grow Hilaal TV’s audience, reach and digital presence
• Deliver compelling and differentiated content
• Drive digital and platform transformation
• Build and lead a high-performance team
• Ensure disciplined financial and operational management
• Maintain strong governance, accountability and stakeholder relationships

The person

 Someone who:

• Has operated successfully at a senior executive or general management level
• Has a strong commercial track record
• Understands how to build revenue and grow organisations
• Can translate strategy into measurable execution
• Is entrepreneurial, decisive and performance-driven
• Can attract, develop and lead exceptional people
• Has strong financial and operational acumen
• Commands credibility with boards, partners, advertisers and other stakeholders
• Demonstrates high levels of integrity and sound judgement

Experience in media, broadcasting, digital platforms or related sectors will be advantageous, but exceptional leadership and commercial capability are paramount.
