Who are we looking for:
We are looking for a creative, concept-driven Concept Designer who can turn a brief into original, exciting and strategically sound ideas.
You should be someone who thinks beyond just beautiful design. You understand brands, consumers and physical spaces, and know how to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling and creative presentations.
You are passionate about experiential design, retail environments and brand activations, with the ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution.
Ideally, you have 3–5 years of relevant design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating your conceptual ability.

What will you do:

• Develop original creative concepts and big ideas for client pitches.
  Research brands, audiences, trends and retail environments.
• Create moodboards, creative direction and compelling pitch presentations.
• Develop consumer journeys and spatial concepts for activations, exhibitions and launches.
• Produce sketches, mock-ups, layouts and 3D visualisations.
• Translate concepts into production-ready designs and artwork.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Operations and external production partners.
• Ensure concepts are achievable within budgets, timelines and production requirements.
• Present and communicate creative ideas confidently.

What will you need:

• 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
  Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
• Experience with 3D design software such as SketchUp or Blender.
• A good understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• An understanding of consumer journeys and experiential design.
• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and take feedback constructively.
• Advantageous: Experience in retail, experiential, exhibition, beauty, cosmetics or brand activation design.
