Digital Marketing and Sales Strategist (Polokwane)

Core responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the company CRM system.
• Intergrade CRM with WhatsApp business, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Integrate email and sms marketing
• Maintain customers database and sales pipeline

Digital marketing starategy:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
• Manage social media marketing and content distribution
• Develop customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns

Minimum requirements:

• Qualification in digital marketing, marketing management, business management, information technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing.
• Practical experience integrating CRM with WhatsApp business, social media, email and sms platforms.
• Experience with META Business Suite, Google analytics and Google Ads

Skills required:

• Hubspot, ZOHO CRM, Pipedrive and similar CRM platforms
• Lead scoring and customer segmentation
• Email marketing and automation platforms
• Dashboard development and sales analytics
