We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team and oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of our technology infrastructure. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering IT projects.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT team including assigning tasks and providing guidance and mentor staff
Oversee installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops and devices, servers and network infrastructure
Manage data centres and backup systems for large media files and ensure high availability of systems used for content productions
Develop and implement IT strategy that aligns with business objectives
Oversee IT projects including planning, execution and delivery
Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect against cyber threats
Plan and manage daily IT operations (systems, networks and infrastructure) and ensure timely resolution of user issues
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track usage and lifecycle of IT assets
Keep reports on system performance, incidents and improvements.
Stay updated with new technologies and trends

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or related field
5+ years of experience in IT management
1-3 years in a management or supervisory role
Strong technical skills including knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, servers, storage systems and cloud computing and cyber security
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of delivering IT projects
