What you'll bring

✔ 6 to 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within financial services.

✔ Strong experience in:

Investment reporting and client communications.
Requirements elicitation and specification writing.
User testing (UT), regression testing, and defect management.

✔ Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.

✔ Solid understanding of:

Data mapping and transformation.
Systems analysis and design.
SDLC and Agile methodologies.

✔ Experience with:

JIRA
Confluence
Visio

What you'll be doing

Lead engaging workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business needs.
Transform ideas into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
Design data-driven solutions with accurate financial and investment data mapping.
Challenge the status quo and refine requirements to improve business efficiency and client experience.
Drive testing activities, including user testing and regression testing, while managing defects to successful resolution.
