Who are we looking for
We are looking for a skilled Communications Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. You are someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels while ensuring consistency and impact.

What will you do
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned to business objectives
- Create and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (newsletters, intranet, media, digital channels)
- Draft press releases, media statements and corporate communication materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders and internal teams
- Identify and drive media and publicity opportunities
- Support corporate reputation management and crisis communication
- Manage internal communication platforms and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support leadership with messaging, presentations and strategic communication
- Coordinate communication for events, launches and stakeholder engagements
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, providing insights and recommendations
- Track communication performance and provide reporting and analytics
What will you need
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a communications, PR or marketing role
- Experience in corporate or agency environments is advantageous
- Strong content writing, editing and storytelling ability
- Solid understanding of media relations and stakeholder engagement
- Experience across internal and external communication platforms (digital and traditional)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Exposure to content management systems or basic design tools is advantageous
