Job description
About the role:
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Director & Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This mid-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about storytelling, and is confident in producing high-quality video content from concept to delivery.
The ideal candidate will attend events, shoot engaging video content, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance editing, optimize workflows, and produce impactful social media content.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce video content for social media, campaigns, and events.
- Attend and capture live events and on-location shoots.
- Edit video content using both traditional tools and AI-powered platforms.
- Create engaging, platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Manage full production lifecycle (pre-production, production, post-production).
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams.
- Stay updated on social media trends and AI tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content.
- Manage files, footage, and content libraries.
AI and digital skills (essential)
- Experience using AI tools for video editing.
- Familiarity with AI platforms for content optimization and scheduling.
- Ability to integrate AI into creative workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in video production and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite and similar tools, Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Basic motion graphics skills.
- Strong storytelling and visual skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
