Job description

What you'll be responsible for
Video Production

• Plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content
• Film product content, campaigns, lifestyle shoots
• Set up lighting, sound and camera equipment
• Green screen

Use AI tools to streamline editing workflows

• Generate AI-assisted visual concepts
• Experiment with AI video tools and creative automation
• Stay ahead of emerging creative tech trends

3D and mockup creation (blender)

• Create 3D product mockups
• Develop packaging renders
• Produce dynamic product animations
• Build digital campaign assets using Blender
• Support pre-launch visualisation through 3D concepts

Video editing

• Edit short-form and long-form content for:
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Paid ads
  • Website
• Add captions, motion graphics and brand elements
• Optimise videos for platform-specific formats

Campaign execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts
• Translate briefs into visual storytelling
• Ensure all content aligns with Silki’s brand identity
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Social and trend awareness

• Stay updated on social media trends and formats
• Adapt trending concepts into brand-relevant content
• Understand what performs organically vs paid

Photography

• Pack shots
• Campaign shoots
• Aesthetic and lifestyle shoots

What we're looking for

• 3+ years’ experience as a videographer and editor
• At least 3–5 years’ experience working specifically on 
  • Adobe Suite
  • Blender
  • AI creative tools
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working to tight timelines and shifting priorities
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition and sound
