Marketing Manager (Vaal, Gauteng)

A major, sought-after shopping destination in the Vaal is looking for its next marketing superstar.

We're an award-winning strategic marketing agency specialising in shopping centres and retail brands, and we're searching for a Marketing Manager with exceptional attention to detail, creative flair and outstanding communication skills.

The successful candidate will represent our agency on-site at one of the Vaal's leading shopping destinations. You'll be responsible for developing and executing the centre's marketing strategy—from big-picture planning to flawless implementation. This includes managing above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns, digital marketing, events, promotions, tenant engagement, and community initiatives that keep the centre top of mind.

You'll also build strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, stakeholders, and the local community, ensuring the centre continues to thrive as the region's preferred retail destination.

What you'll need:

• Marketing or PR qualification (diploma/degree)
• Proven experience in shopping centre or retail marketing
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong social media and digital marketing experience
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Willingness to work weekends when required for events and campaigns
• Must reside in the Vaal area or surrounding areas
• Own reliable transport is essential
